About The Event
Join artist Jen Duh in recreating your very own chibi character!
Depending on the age of the attendee, Jen can teach how to create a simpler or more complex character.
Your characters are yours to take home at the end of the lesson. They can look like you or like someone you know for a present!
What is Chibi?
Chibi is a style of drawing in Japanese anime and manga characterised by exaggeratedly small and cute features. Characters drawn in this style typically have large heads, small bodies, and oversized eyes, giving them a childlike and adorable appearance. The term "chibi" itself means "small" or "short" in Japanese, and this style is often used to depict characters in a humorous or endearing way.
